1. The tickets. The 10 tickets offered are Complimentary tickets donated by a Disney cast member. They cannot be sold and have certain restrictions. However, these tickets are fully transferable and we are currently not aware of any block-out dates. These tickets are not valid for Tokyo Disney or any water parks.

2. Expiration. Depending on availability, your tickets will have expiration dates of June 2025, December 2025, or later. Winners should contact organizers or email helpingforkatie@gmail.com with the dates they plan to visit Disney. We will work with you to try to get you 10 tickets with expiration dates that match your trip, within the next year.  

3. Reservations. Winner must make reservations to use these tickets. See Disneyworld.com/parkreservations for details on reserving at Disney World. See https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/ for details on reserving at Disneyland.

4. Park rules. While you do not need to be accompanied by the cast member to use these tickets, your conduct could reflect upon the cast member who donated them. By accepting these tickets, you agree to abide by all the rules of using these tickets as well as all park rules.

The user of this eTicket must obtain a reservation for theme park entry in advance on the applicable park web site*. However, for Walt Disney World® Resort, select good-to-go dates may not require a reservation. View information on Disneyworld.com/parkreservations, when available. We encourage you to plan your reservation early. Even after park capacities are no longer limited by the impact of Covid-19 on park operations, there will be particular limits on the number of reservations available for this ticket type.

To enter a Disney theme park with this eTicket, both a park reservation* for the particular theme park and day and this eTicket are required (except for Disneyland® Paris where one single reservation is valid for both Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park). However, for Walt Disney World® Resort, select good-to-go dates may not require a reservation. View information on Disneyworld.com/parkreservations, when available. The same eTicket that was used to make the theme park reservation must be used for park entry. Theme park reservations and admission are subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not guaranteed. This eTicket and the ability to make theme park reservations may be suspended, modified or cancelled due to park closures, attendance limitations or any violation of any rule posted from time to time, including, without limitation, any rule regarding not showing up for a theme park reservation or cancelling theme park reservations.

*Disneyland® Paris Theme Park reservations for Complimentary Tickets are secured day of visit at a Guest Relations window. In exchange for this document, Guest Relations will provide a dated ticket for Disneyland® Paris theme parks valid for the same day.

Complimentary Ticket Entitlements

This eTicket is valid for one (1) day of admission during regular operating hours to the theme parks at one (1) of the following sites.

At Disneyland® Resort in California, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket at the park entrance; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry with Park Hopper® privileges. Park Hopper® privileges are subject to restrictions, valid park reservations, and park capacity limitations.

At Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket, at the park entrance; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry with Park Hopper® privileges. After you have made a theme park reservation for the first park you plan to visit and enter that first park, you will be able to visit the next park at a designated time later in the day as stated on https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/. The ability to visit a park is subject to the park's capacity limitations. At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change.

At Disneyland® Paris Resort in France, present this printed eTicket at the Guest Relations window; you will be provided with a ticket for entry with Park Hopper® privileges. Advance reservations are not required.

At Hong Kong Disneyland Park in Hong Kong, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket for scanning at the park entrance; you will be admitted to the park after this eTicket is validated.

At Shanghai Disney Resort in Shanghai, show this eTicket on your mobile device, or present this printed eTicket at the park entrance; you will be provided with a ticket for same day re-entry.

This eTicket is not valid for admission at Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan.

This eTicket is not valid for admission to any Water Parks.

Admission to any Disney theme park will be subject to the rules, entitlements and procedures applicable to the theme park in question, which are accessible to employees in the Complimentary Admission and Discount Policy located on DToolsHR.Disney.com.

This eTicket may not be sold, used for commercial purposes, bartered, or exchanged for goods, services or benefits. Solicitation to engage in such activities is also prohibited. Employees will be held responsible if their tickets are sold, even if they were given to another individual who sold them. This eTicket is subject to the rules, entitlements and procedures of the Complimentary Admission Program in effect from time to time. Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or property. Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, low demand, capacity, weather, special events or other reasons, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability. Not valid for special or premium events or other activities which are separately priced. Bearer and his or her belongings may be required to go through security screening prior to entering the park. Obey all safety signage, instructions and park rules and regulations. Entry constitutes consent for Disney to use any film, video or likeness of bearer for any purpose whatsoever, without payment to the bearer. Biometric, photo, or other valid confirmation required for same day readmission to same park, and if applicable, crossover to the other parks.

For re-entry at Hong Kong Disneyland Park and Shanghai Disneyland, proof of identity is required. At the entrance of Hong Kong Disneyland Park and Shanghai Disneyland, a photo of bearer will be taken as proof of the bearer’s identity as the ticket holder. Ticket holder entering Hong Kong Disneyland Park or Shanghai Disneyland who prefers not to have his/her or his/her children’s photo taken may, before entry to the park, ask a Cast Member about alternative verification arrangement. Disney is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by computer error, or unauthorized duplication of Disney eTickets. In the event that duplicate Disney eTickets are presented for theme park admission, Disney reserves the right to refuse entry. It is agreed between owners of the parks and ticket users that all claims for injury or loss arising incident to presence on owners’ property shall be litigated in the state and county where the incident occurred under the law of such state or, if the incident occurred outside of the United States, in the jurisdiction where the incident occurred under the law of such jurisdiction. eTicket use is subject to capacity and other restrictions.

Q: How will I receive my prize?

A: Contact helpingforkatie@gmail.com to arrange delivery. You will receive either 10 printed out tickets or a digital transfer of 10 tickets. 

Q: How many people can visit the parks with this prize?

A: Up to 10. You could visit for one day with a group of 10 people, two days with a group of 5, or more days with smaller groups.

Q: Do I have to use all 10 tickets at once?

A: No. You could reserve visits to the same park -- or different parks -- on different days within the expiration date period.

Q: How much is this prize worth?

A: While the complimentary tickets cannot be resold and have no cash value, you can view the average ticket prices on the web sites of the various Disney parks and see that this prize will save you a ton of money on a Disney visit!
